"The room was terribly dirty on arrival , pubic hair on the walls , the soap dispenser by the bathroom sink had what looked like faeces on it , the shower was also dirty and the walls were covered with pink lime scale , the bed I slept on was lobsided and I slept skew all weekend , the carpets are terribly dirty and stained , I didn’t feel comfortable at all and won’t be staying again"

"Hotel is very convenient to the cruise ship terminal and Central Station. Morning breakfast buffet was perfect and dinner menu offered a good selection. I liked the option to opt out of daily maid service in exchange for planting a tree. Only problem we had was trying to get a sheet and blanket to use on the sofa/daybed. My husband was in a serious accident prior to our trip sustaining numerous broken ribs and back injury. The bed was too soft so he wanted to sleep on the daybed. There was an...

"Clean room"

"The rooms and clean and tidy. Air-conditioning in my room was noisy for the first night and when I feedback the change a room for me without any questions. I bought cheese and needed to be kept in the fridge the staff helped me to kept it in their fridge."

"Overall a very nice and convenient place. Close to the airport and has a shuttle"
