Solid stay for put in bay
The people / employees were great. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The saucy burger bar was good and the tiki bar as well. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the strip or less than 5 minutes to golf cart over so a perfect spot for us. We didn't want to be in the heart of the noise. Property is in need of some updating. Small things could go a long ways. Bathrooms don't look like they been updated since the building was built. Carpet in the room was falling apart in some areas and sharp at thresholds. From where the carpet wore away and the tack strip was poking through. Lighting is a big one. A lot more lights and upgraded to the LEDs would brighten this place up a lot. Any possible ways to soundproof rooms would be appreciated (quiet closing doors in the hallways) (any type of insulation for walls or windows). We felt it was pretty quiet but it's a party island and people can get a little loud especially later at night with drinks.The pools mentioned being heated but only the hot tub was. The 2 pools were unusable at our stay. Water was maybe 45-50 degrees mid day and I suspect it's like that year round if we don't have some kind of crazy heatwave in the summer.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again here.
