"very clean hotel"

"Staffing was pleasant and helped whenever we asked. Clean room. "

"Our hotel room had stained sheets, dirty floors as well as blood on the wall. When we attempted to go back to the main office to let them know of the non-cleanliness & to get another room, the worker was no where in sight, after about five minutes of calling the phone we eventually had to ask people coming from the upstairs banquet room (that sounded like a party was happening) if they knew where the worker was….which they did. After another couple minutes of them going upstairs the worker never came down to which my boyfriend went up to the banquet hall to tell the guy we need assistance. We did get another room that night. Upon checkout the next day there was another guest complaining of the same things plus throw up in the sink. I would not recommend staying here. "

"This property is in a very sketchy section of town. I was told that it is "safe" to walk close by during the day, but not at night. There is only one elevator and the open walkways are split between floors. My sister and I returned to retrieve my luggage after she came in on her flight after determining this was not a safe location. At night, there were two security guards in the front, but poor lighting and no one in the area of the rooms. The clerk would not come out of the lobby and it was locked. Really substandard."

"The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, although I requested a non smoking room. The bedding had cigarette burns all over the top and inside of the comforter, and the room generally was in poor condition ( dirty walls, rusted pipes, broken bathroom door, damaged mirror). Also, the shower only ran cold water. At 7 am this morning another guest started knocking and banging on my door. I didn't answer, but this was also another disturbance in my stay at this hotel. I would not stay here again. "

"1 - had to have the tv replaced because cable was broken 2- cleaning never came back after knocking on my door at 8:30 or when I left for the day. Stayed 4 nights and room was cleaned only after first night 3- called ahead and requested two rooms that i reserved be near each other and they were on different floors "
