"We had a wonderful weekend away. Staying on the farm is such an adventure and we received the warmest of welcomes from the host when we arrived. The log burner lit, the cottage warm & cosy and a welcome hamper on the table. We woke up to horses at the window, and the sound of the stream running in the background. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. Location is great and we explored the local area, Swansea and the Gower all weekend. There’s a supermarket close by and lots of lovely pubs with open fires - perfect for a winter break. We can’t wait to come back"

"I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain with my bags. Breakfast was eggs and bread for toast and you have to make it yourself. There was cereal but the milk in the jug in the fridge was solid. The road to get to the property is unsuitable for any car that isn’t an off roader as it is littered with pot holes and virtually rivers to drive through. I did not have a great time. "

"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm house, which was fine, but it meant it was slightly less secluded than expected. Overall a great location and a really good experience. "
