"The rooms are spacious "

"I want to give an honest review for this place. I really loved it. The thing that I loved most was the grounds. They had 64 fruit trees lots of different colored, rose bushes, and lots of other types of flowers as well. It was so beautiful that I took the time to walk around all of the property to enjoy them. It is a dated facility that has not been modernized. But it has been kept up well and is very clean! At this price point, you could really be in for a disgusting accommodation. But this place far exceeded my expectations. I was traveling as a single woman, and I felt safe here. The staff were very friendly and the grounds were very well maintained. If I ever have to stay in Fresno again this is where I will go."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The cleaning ladies did an outstanding job of keeping our room clean and stocked with towels. Kuddos to them! The only drawback was the bar was closed one day and night because the bartender didn't show up for work. It would have been nice to have a backup person. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!"
