"Everything you needed was included. Lots of instructions and rules which was a little bombarding but otherwise it was great. Location could be better! Would be great for extended family and friends get aways. A few of our guests were keen to return in warmer months. Scott was contactable and responded promptly to any enquires or concerns."

"This is such a unique and special property. From the natural surroundings that provide complete privacy to the stunning villa and all the beautiful inclusions. The special touches need to be experienced to be appreciated. The villa was clean and all soft furnishings and the furniture itself looked almost brand new. Everyone was there for the enjoyment of the guest including kitchen items a gas bbq and basic food items. We loved the fireplace that was all set up for us but if guests prefer there is a heater and aircon as well. The spa was deep and comfortable and bathroom products very enjoyable. Breakfast on the terrace was peaceful and quiet with nature right there including beautiful colourful birdlife."

From the GM Josh, the staff, food at ARLO and the atmosphere, it’s the perfect balance of class, quality and relaxation every time!"

"Hamish's home amongst the birds and trees is just perfect. Everything one could want for is provided - exactly as described. It is very convenient to the main beach at Rosedale by foot, and by car to everything else the region has to offer including the Moruya markets, Mogo shops, Malua Bowling club and the Tomekin IGA. The garden is secure and thwarted any attempts by our Jack Russells to escape. This is our second time staying here and if Hamish will have us, we'll be back."
