Our room easily accommodated the six of us. It was modern, sleek, and squeaky clean. The two bathrooms were very welcome. Reasonable walking distance to Old Quebec (got lots of steps and hill work in!) and to shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this place! Sparkling clean, friendly people, especially the lady at the newly opened breakfast place! Loved everything about the hotel, I would go back and highly recommend this place!! Parking was the only issue due to not getting the correct information how to access in the construction zone, took us about 40 min to figure out to go against the one way street!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of space for my husband and I and our four kids. It was clean and nicely decorated. It would have been nice to be a little closer to the old town, but the walk was still do-able. We would stay there again!

We stayed in Quebec City for 6 nights. The suite at the Terminus Hotel was great for that many days. We could make meals if we chose, were in a good neighbourhood with great restaurants, and about 25 minute walk to the old town (uphill). Bus connections were great. The space was spacious, clean, and very pleasant. Staff communicated well and were helpful. Great to have laundry for a longer stay.

Excellent room, spacious, clean and with a kitchen! Front desk hours are limited but they’re very responsive. It’s a bit far out from old town quebec but it’s okay since rideshares and taxis are pretty reasonable. There’s restaurants and a small supermarket nearby which makes using the kitchen in the room ideal. Virtual check in process.

The property was excellent for the price. The parking was full but we were able to park in a different garage around the corner. The check-in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the location. If you are expecting to see the area similar to old Quebec, this is not it, but you can walk to Old Quebec within 20-25 minutes.

Loved staying here. It was about a 25 minute walk from the touristy area and in a great location for more local spots. The staff was very friendly, room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and it was in a safe location. The only “issue” was the microwave and oven lights were super bright and since there’s a glass wall dividing the bedroom and kitchen, I had to cover both with a towel so my sleep wasn’t interrupted. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

When you are in Quebec City, this is the place to stay. First, the apartment rooms are clean and spacious. These rooms have space! It's a modern place, not like an old cramped hotels in Quebec City. You can walk to the old city in about 25-30 minutes depending on where you are going or take an uber for $12-$14 when it's not rush hour. If you are concerned about the check-in process, the front staff will help you and walk you through it. I'm not that intelligent or confident using the phone process to fill out the form but I was able to do it. The apartment was well equiped with everything from detergent to dishwasher pods to towels to pots, plates and wine glasses, stove, microwave, large fridge, and everything you need if you want to cook.

Love the place, very clean and spacious. Excellent customer service, very responsive . The only downside is the parking which you need to book ahead and not sure how secure it is as it is open and there’s a height restriction so check first before you book.

This is a hidden gem! locatedin a very inconspicuous building you arrive in an easy, essentially self check-in Hotel. We had a two bed suite, not only was it spacious and clean, but it had this nice modern design with every detail thought of! From pods for the dishwasher, to a compost bin. Everything was immaculate, new and convenient. Will 100% book again!

The room is spacious, comfortable and well designed. The space and furnishings look brand new. The bathroom is quite large. Towels, drink wares, dishes were more than sufficient. Hotel staff are great on responding emails and phone. Our room faces the main street and the street lights can be glaring. The window curtains are sheer but the thick curtains that divide the beds shut out light completely. The street becomes very quiet after 6pm and can feel desolate. There are shops, restaurants and a large grocery store a couple of blocks away from the main street. Things we would have like to have: - a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or a clothing rack. - an exhaust fan in the bathroom - a baking pan to warm up breads - basic condiments like salt, pepper and sugar. We enjoyed our visit. 😀

We had a large 2 bedroomed apartment. It was perfect. Loads of space, well equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities in the apartment and everything spotlessly clean. Onsite payable covered parking (pre bookable). 20min walk from old town Quebec but we didn't mind that. Nice streets nearby with supermarkets, quirky shops and restaurants. Fabulous place to stay!
