"Hotel was located in center of town with an easy stroll to high street where you can shop, eat and drink. Hotel comes with spa and pool (not heated) Room is nicely fitted with luxury feel. Good bedding and quiet. Bathroom is modern with power shower. Perfect for a rest and rejuvenate ahead of your adventures around atacama desert !"

"Amazing hotel. Great breakfast. Really appreciated and enjoyed the communal spaces including fruit, yogurt, water at all times, and access to the kitchen. Enjoyed using the bikes which were well maintained. Staff was also fantastic. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed at."

"We arrived for our reservation and were moved to their Refugio down the street. They had parking and were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast, coffee and tea was excellent and much appreciated. Rooms were clean and well maintained; everything looked new. The view from our room was incredible."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."
