"Great spot, sturdy dock and chairs, clean beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, parking and roadway were smooth. A little roomier than expected, pictures don't do it justice for size. Very good communication! We would all return again!"

"This cabin is a hidden gem near the gull Lake. The kitchen is stocked fully with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of plates pots pans and glass etc.We did use the kayak and pedal boat and took them for a swing. When we arrived there was a storm and electricity was cut off but it back online soon. Be prepared for such events. I would recommend to the PM to put lot of kitchen utensils and do a full list of items you have available. The washroom doesn't have a lock from inside that's a inconvenience when you travel with friends. Please have a lock installed.I really like this secluded space and would recommend to people who is looking for a private and Secluded space near the water."

"Had a great time at Nima's cottage with the family. The cottage was clean and well stocked, we brought wood and had a fire outside, catch and release off the dock, and got out on the water a few times. The dryer was a nice touch to dry our suits after the hot tub. Thanks for letting us stay at your place :) "
