Summary:
Discover your perfect getaway. This charming and affordable sixties-style 3-bedroom home is situated at the heart of Queenstown, a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the town center. You'll stay warm and comfortable with both a log burner and a heat pump in the living and kitchen area and a wall heater between the bedrooms.

This home has a separate toilet and an original bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The ideal choice for families with a large section, perfect for outdoor activities.

The Space:
This very original home features open plan living, kitchen, and dining area features high ceilings, original exposed beams and light fittings, and an in-built log burning. This very private area is situated at the rear of the home. This is the perfect place for family and friends to gather in the evening to enjoy a meal or recount stories from the day.
The cozy bedrooms, the bathroom, and the toilet all lead from a small hallway that is heated by a large modern wall heater.
This house has a very large backyard for the kids to play.

Guest Access:
Guests can park in front of the garage door. A path leads down the right side of the house to a sliding door.

This house is set amongst other similar homes in close proximity to the FreshChoice supermarket, a delicatessen and cafe, and Pedros' house of lamb.

This house is very charming and homely. The décor throughout the house is very original, with retro lighting and the original kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. If you want modern, this house is not for you.
