"This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!"

So many places we visited were overly crowded & this location was perfectly situated in Tuscany between Siena, San Gimignano, and other destinations while providing a refuge from the crowds. Castellina in Chianti is small, but it has several great restaurants to choose from that are within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di 4 vini con schiacciata con visita della struttura, la ragazza che ci ha fatto da guida è stata bravissima gentilissima e preparatissima, i loro vini sono ottimi. Unico neo se così si può dire la colazione seppur buona non è all’altezza di un posto così ci aspettavano più prodotti fatti da loro , anche la degustazione forse un po’ troppo...
