The service staff was really good Ernestina.Unfortunately when we checked in I was given a room right by the busy Road.When shown the room ,I even commented is this going be noisy and was emphatically and categorically told no its acoustic and will have no or very little noise.Total lie as we could not sleep at all .The entire hotel except our two rooms booked were occupied, and we were still given a room that should have not been given to us as we had booked their best room available. Our friends wanted to upgrade and were told there were no other larger suites available.The next day we asked to be moved and were moved into another room and now were told it was the same category of room that I had paid more for than my friends.Lies or not being in a forage country I had no choice but to accept explanations given and keep quite.No credits or anything offered.Be careful if you are booked into Room 1.The manager not honest
