It was really bad. The place was dirty and old, and there were cockroaches (photo attached). I tried to cancel my stay, but I spoke to the front desk, and they told me that Expedia would have to contact the hotel.
I contacted the Expedia helpline, and they told me they had tried to contact the hotel, but there was no answer.
The front desk staff showed very little interest on helping me they were just indifferent.
