We had a great welcome and service by the man at the reception desk at 11:30pm when we checked in. The room was beautiful and so was the full hotel. The heater in Agatha did not work, however, so that was the only downside on a December stay. Overall a great stay except for that small need.

The property is fantastic. The rooms are unique. The personnel is amazing and the location is unbeatable. The only thing I would give ding it for is the fact that the rooms have this combination of old colonial architecture with modern industrial decor, which sometimes can feel a little too forced. Otherwise, an excellent place. I will stay at MSR again.
