"Perfect location, close to attractions, restaurants, lively downtown, and yet, the rooms are quiet. Very helpful staff. Charming central patio with good restaurant. My favorite hotel in Querétaro."

"Was issued room on 1st floor, just down the hall behind the bar/kitchen area. Room was very nice,comfy beds but Very noisy. Towels were very raggedy. Food in restaurant La Llave was very good. No water in bathroom until couple hrs later on one of the days there. Difficult street access from taxi to hotel due to sidewalk venders. Had to drag luggage several yards. Very central otherwise"

"I would have given this Hotel 5 stars completely. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The breakfast buffet was insanely delicious - the best I have ever had at any hotel in my entire life. The building facilities worked very well. My only comments that prevent me from giving 5.0 stars was that they were renovating the hotel exterior (this was not a big inconvenience) and our bed was a bit stiff for my own personal taste. So 4.8 out of 5. And if you like sturdy beds, you may just give it a 4.9 yourself. Highly recommended."
