The hotel was okay overall, nothing too bad, but nothing great either. The service was decent, and the staff were polite. However, the biggest issues were the noise and how hard it was to find the place. On top of that, the room was pretty noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

The room facilities are quite good

The building entrance and the room were accessed by a PIN code system, which they contacted me in advance. It was convenient that there were cups, plates, cutlery, a microwave, and even a refrigerator. There was an iron and ironing board, but no hangers. There was a Nestle coffee machine, so I was able to relax in the room. The shower had good water pressure and was always hot, which was nice. However, the bathroom was smelly and had a sewage smell. I stayed for multiple nights, but there was no towel change or trash disposal. I wish they had let me know in advance that I would need to pay a few hundred pesos in cash or leave my passport as a deposit when I checked in.

Good place to stay in El Centro.

Stayed for 20 nights. No a/c & temperatures reached 37c; my mistake, for sure. Never offered a room cleaning during the 20 days.

I've been a frequent client and overall it had been nice until my husband and I noticied staff going into our room.Our last stay was horrible with the constant harrasing of staff,very disappointed.

I forgot my passports in my room when I left (I know that is my fault), I went back to look for them the next day and they where nowhere to be found. I am positive I left them there. The lady who manages was quite aggressive and defensive when I asked about them. Talked to the security manager and the funny/worst is that out of the 14 cameras in the property apparently 10 of them don't work "and have not worked for some time". I just wanted to see the smile of the person who found my pouch with my passports and money. Interesting that a chain of this size can't fix their security cameras. I offered a reward for my documents and no questions asked, they could keep my money. Didn't get anything back. Sad and frustrating.

Olvidé una toalla de secado rápido y dijeron que no la encontraron, lo cuál fue mentira ya que escribí a las horas de irme y que no había nada. Pero eso sí para exigir la salida y presionar ni 15 minutos dieron.

Limpio. Tendrás que comprar tu propio papel de baño cuando se te acabe el que hay en el cuarto, y no habrá cambios de toallas! Pero bueno por el precio me pareció todo bien. Gracias!! :)
