Este hotel es mi favorito cuando llegó a Querétaro, tiene prestaciones y diseños que te hacen pasar un buen momento. La diferencia que experimenté está ocasión fue que, una vez que ya había tolerado el comportamiento en la piscina de unos niños mal educados, todavía me reclaman el hecho de tener en volumen moderado musica y conversación, me han mandado a seguridad porque los niños se han despertado. Ya no voy a pedir que se eduque a los padres, solo sean más observadores y si detectan parejas y familias con niños, por favor, no nos ubiquen en habitaciones contiguas, cruzando el pasillo o en otro piso, pero por favor no mezclen, las familias con hijos no toleran, no ceden
