"Had a great stay. Surprise goodies every morning was a pleasant treat. Location was perfect for our exploring. Central to all directions we ventured out to. For the days of no exploration needed the pool is well situated, receiving the majority of sunlight throughout the day. Location of the pool also, it maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Limited equipment in the gym, but definitely enough given the incline and decline walks that are guaranteed daily. Staff were super helpful and kind. When we return to Santander we will most definitely choose to stay here, without hesitation. Was very well appreciated. Look forward to returning."

"I thought this hotel was great. A really good price for 2 nights. Large very clean room. Staff were all very nice. Location right by bus and train stations, walkable to all the main tourist sites. All you can eat buffet breakfast for 10 euros was also very good."

"I had a very disappointing experience. I specifically booked and paid an additional €25 for an upgraded room, but upon arrival, I was given a standard room with separate beds—the most basic option listed on Expedia. This was already frustrating, as it did not match what I had paid for. The situation became worse with the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly. Instead of cooling the room, it was mostly blowing hot air, making the environment very uncomfortable. As a result, I had no choice but to open the window. The hotel is located in a very central area(this is why I choose it), with a bar and restaurant nearby. Since it was a Friday night, the noise levels were extremely high, and I was unable to rest at all. Additionally, the overall maintenance condition of the hotel is far below the NH standard I am accustomed to, which made the experience even more disappointing. I was only stopping over while traveling by car, hoping for a good night’s rest, but this turned into a complete nightmare. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations and was very disappointing."

" The room was perfectly clean and the furnishings were nicely appointed and in very good condition. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, a good selection. The breakfast area is cozy, a tad small. The location is great; in town so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We upgraded to a room with a spa bath because we were walking the Camino and knew we would enjoy a soak. The bath was very nice, but there was no soap near it (it’s affixed to the shower wall). Also, the room lacked much furniture- two tiny bed stands with only one surface; no dresser or luggage racks for our bags made unpacking complicated. Overall a good hotel and a nice stay."
