"The surface of the room was clean but it had a very musty smell. I had to use Fabreeze. Carpet had not been cleaned in years. Shower head was broken but they fixed that."

"There is no pool (though AI said there was). Vending machines did not work BUT they were removed during our stay and being replaced (soon) with a new one. Breakfast was good but would love to see waffle machine to be added to it. Loved yogurt machine if I would not have to click on dispensing button all the time (each click makes the machine work for a sec only). I did not mind the beds like other guests in their reviews. The rooms supposed to be cleaned ones every 3 days but from day 3 to our last day (6 in total) they cleaned or at least made beds all days... probably a glitch in their system? We had a friedge in our room which was bonus as I did not expect one. The front desk is awesome: we got the room earlier of the check in time with no fuzz. The washer/dryer for guests charged $5 instead of $2 but the charge pending so we'd see. The dryer did not dry the cloth fully despite 50 min cycle. Adams Pub is a good addition in term of food though it separated from hotel venue (so you can't charge on the room). Loved Clam Chowder and Cobb Salad. Not as much their Chips and Fish. Do take a stroll alone the shores in both directions of the hotel - you'll find a few good spots you can enjoy the harbor view My main concern why I won't stay again: it is far enough from T station "North Quincy" so if you rely on public transportation walking distance plus lack of eating places nearby (not completely absent but they are just not healthy ones) is a significant factor for those 50+"

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."

"The house was nice and cozy. My only complaint would be there was some bugs and spiders (maybe spray out the house before/after bookings).My suggestion would be put another television in the house... maybe upstairs. I would stay again, I would bring some raid though because I do not like critters."
