"This was one of the best hotel experiences i had in a long time. The staff went out of their way to help me with changing check out times due to delayed flights. I was greeted with a present and stellt Service. The hotel is close to all amenities, centrally located and close to many tourist sites. I won’t name them but to give a quick insight. Irene stayed at Four Seasons in NYC, St. Regis Hong Kong, JW NYC, and Sofitel is a close second to these. The staff was wonderfully attentive. "Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case)...
