As a non-spanish speaker the staff was patient and confirming as I used google translate for more intricate parts of making arangements. Communication was free flowing through WhatsApp as well. The staff was kind and endearing, room clean, good food within walking distance, and i felt safe to go for a short walk. The staff helped me with transportation, pre dawn coffee, and showed earnest concern for well-being.
