Great location unless you have a rental car as there is no parking and you cannot drive on the streets where the hotel is located. Great staff and very helpful
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in wonderful location, spotlessly Clean wonderful shower, helpful staff I can’t think of anything I would change
Brilliant stay in the historic old town of Quito. Big rooms, well maintained and cleaned.
The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay absolutely fantastic. A special mention to Omar, he was brilliant and really made our stay.
Breakfast was simple but good, the freshly cooked eggs were a nice addition.
The afternoon coffee and cake was a lovely treat after a days sightseeing.
It’s a little difficult to initially find the property, as taxis can’t drive in to the road. It’s just parallel to plaza Domingo and is well located. The hotel is fabulous and full of character. The room was very spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. The breakfast is generally excellent, although the staff weren’t around on our final day, so no hot breakfast was available. The staff were very helpful with moving the luggage, particularly taking it back to the square when we departed-with Quito’s altitude, that assistance is invaluable!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Lovely place to stay. Good sized rooms. Nice location. Main disappointment was being ignored by the manager after I missed a night’s stay because of a last minute cancelled flight. This was very upsetting for me to miss my time in Quito when it wasn’t my fault. I let the hotel know as soon as I knew, they still charged me for the night without even considering the exceptional circumstances. It feels like once they’ve got your money, they don’t care. Expedia tried to liaise with them too, but they refused. Overall very disappointed by this and left me upset.
The hotel was amazing, set in a historical site. Loved that it was set in the middle of a small local market with multiple restaurants and souvenir shops. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as comfy. They set up our pick up and drop off from the airport and our guide was also amazing. Recommended 10/10! Will for sure stay here again.
The hotel is located along Calle Ronda (one of oldest streets in Quito). Perfect location as it is so close to the central park, president’s palace, San Francisco Church, Cathedral, Basilica and many more. The hotel is very quiet even though a lot of restaurants and shows are outside the facility… perfect for relaxation. There’s filtered water dispenser, so you don’t have to worry about being hydrated. Room was big, bed was clean. A beautiful viewpoint is located at the top level with the views of panecillo and the virgin statue. Free breakfast is available at 0600 which is perfect to grab something before the Tours. Staff were great and attentive. I would really recommend to this hotel.
This boutique hotel is truly a hidden jewel in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel is impeccably clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained.
The food was outstanding, easily one of the highlights of our stay. Despite being centrally located, the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from the city’s energy. A rare find that balances luxury, comfort, and tranquility flawlessly.
Very nice inn like hotel. Room was spacious and clean. They sent staff to meet our taxi and walk us to the hotel. Nice dinner and breakfast. The room are filled with tapestries and darker wood and colours so thats a different vibe than a modern hotel. Front desk staff very pleasant.
