"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay"

"The staff courtesy was good"

"Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location."

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

"Overall the property was just what we wanted, in the middle of Kings Lynn, Friendly staff on arrival, clean bedroom Restaurant and a Bar, close to Shops, Cafés, Pubs, plenty of places to eat sit in or takeaways, plus trains and bus services. 🚌"

"Liked quick & easy booking in. Amenities in room sparse but everything vital was there."

"I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou"
