Das Ambiente/Aussehen war super. Sehr zentrale Lage, aber durch Baustelle im Haus und Bahnhof sehr laut. Rezeption beim Empfang nicht fremdsprachig und fast nie besetzt. Roomservice extrem schwach, erst auf Nachfrage wurde Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt und die Handtücher getauscht. Kein Bettenservice. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig.
