The property was not suitable for a family. The parking situation leads you down a narrow alley into a gravel parking lot out back with a few stripped down cars in the lot. While we were checking in, we saw a couple of cars come and go after quick interactions, seemingly up to nefarious activities. The AC in the unit was not working. The steep stairs up to the 3rd floor with the only working exit being in the back of the building in a sketchy, small parking lot only accessible by an alley left us all feeling very unsafe. The guide left out for the stay left instructions on page 2 for how to clean up vomit or diarrhea as if that is a common occurrence at the property. There was also language about how to safely use the kitchen utensils and advising to bleach them before use.Overall, we decided to vacate the property after 20 minutes and never came back. Luckily we were able to secure other accommodations at a nearby hotel.Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with the property due to not feeling safe. Furthermore, when I texted the contact to tell them we vacated the property and would not be spending the weekend there, the reply was only '?'. I would like a refund.
