"The hotel maybe needs a little update but it’s great location and price pays off and delivers fantastic Paris experience. Close to tube station, bakery and restaurants. Located on fairly busy street but the room was quiet. "
"These people are thieves. Don’t book this “hotel”, it’s a death trap. When I called it out, the manager used his limited English to say No Refunds. No attempt to right the issues. Thieves. Expedia have wiped their hands off it. Book elsewhere."
"Our first night was canceled, at reception was said that’s because of canalisation. They didn’t secure us another alternative where to stay, so we have to booked another rooms at airbnb. In the evening I had a call to come back. We came back the other day to stay there for one night at least. After all of that the price was 500€ for one room. The original price was 80€ for night. At the end we paid 80€ and it was the maximum we decided to pay. We didn’t get the room we booked with our own...
"Got room only for 10 days out of 14. No dishes, no kitchen ustensiles, no toaster, no hangers in closets for clothes, no television . Had to buy to everything. "

"Our stay was excellent from the very first moment. The staff was very kind and helpful. All the facilities were clean and in good condition. We only had our breakfast in the hotel which offered a good variety and fresh selection of delicious food.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a great value of money and the location is good, close to transport hubs if you want to look around in Budapest."
"Superb hotel albeit slightly hidden from the main road, The room was excellent with A1 aircon, which was key in the middle of summer. Reception very amenable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Under 10 minutes from Kelenfold and access to Budapest."

We are currentl in the middle of a 3-week trip, traveling through the Czech Republic and Austria before arriving in Hungary. After booking several hotels for a month-long journey, I became a bit exhausted, so I started consulting with ChatGPT to help me make decisions. Unfortunately, this particular hotel has been the worst one I’ve chosen so far.
When we checked in and entered the room, it was immediately clear that the bed sheets were not fresh. The duvet cover and pillowcases were also obviously not newly changed. My husband and I were both quite upset, so we went down to the front desk, but no staff were available. We ended up calling Expedia to report the issue and requested that it be resolved the next day.
However, when we returned from our outing the next day, we found that not even the towels had been replaced. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband poured water down the floor drain, which temporarily solved the issue. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used in quite a while.
Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt.
When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping.

"For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied.
I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful. "
