Great location and view! Also had the potential of a nice room except that every piece of furniture (including the bathroom fixtures) were really outdated. The flooring was nice & new, at least. That and the beetles/bugs hanging around the balcony made the balcony unusable.

Enjoyed our stay! Was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade! The only negative was my husband and I found the bed too soft; some would love that, but we prefer a bit firmer of a mattress. Otherwise it was a nice stay and would stay again. Our kids enjoyed the amenities. We stayed in the summer and went on the coaster but going to look into staying for a winter ski trip.

Many difficulties - had to have staff come in to turn on baseboard heaters and she needed directions. One bed had hair in the sheets. The toilet tank would not refill after flushing so we had to refill using the coffee pot. Absolutely no hot water. View from balcony was as advertised.
