Located 10 mins from gorgeous lake Invermere, 1.5hrs from Banff National Park, 1hr from Golden, and 1\2hr from Panorama Mountain Resort! Also plenty of local activities such as hiking, golfing, kayaking, biking, and snowmobiling. This top floor unit offers beautiful mountain views right from your favourite spot on the couch and the front balcony! The open concept layout makes it feel even bigger, and the kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the entire condo, including two balconies! The walk to the village is under 1 km, where you'll find restaurants, a cafe, shops, and an outdoor outfitter. Along the walk you are likely to encounter our famous big horn sheep and wild turkeys. The Hot Springs are a 6 minute drive away, and the valley has over 12 nearby golf courses to choose from! You are perfectly located near several ski hills, with Panorama being the closest, at only 30 minutes away. Windermere lake also has the longest skating trail in the world! In the summer, there are several beaches located on Lake Windermere for swimming with a fun waterpark for small children. Meanwhile the Columbia River is ideal for SUP and kayaking. This condo is located 2 minutes from the border to Kootenay National Park where you will find breathtaking trails for every level of hiker. There is one parking spot dedicated to this unit, and plenty of street side parking on Prospector Ave, which you can clearly see from the balcony. There are walking paths all the way to downtown, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Plenty of other areas to explore whether you’re walking or driving, including a walking trail down into the valley where you can enjoy a nice seat by the creek or a stroll through the trees! Please note that access to the condo is up 2 flights of stairs. The building does not have an elevator.
