We had a fabulous stay at Tursimo Rurale Cozzo di Papaleo. Giorgio and team were very hospitable. The rooms were well appointed and meals were great. It’s a great base to expire Ragusa area.

Nice place to stay for a young family

We've had a very pleasant stay at cozze di papaleo. We stayed for 4 nights with an infant and a toddler in early november and enjoyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Surrounded by a nice garden. Breakfast was tasty with great coffee and we've enjoyed dinner 3 nights. Surrounding area has enough to offer with pretty towns like Modica and Ragusa and beaches. For us sea was still just warm enough for a swim

The staff were very friendly, we had a lovely stay. The pool is not open for the season yet (only end of March here) but it's a gorgeous setting and they are putting in hot tubs for the 4 patio rooms and it's going to be amazing. Breakfast was lovely, there were eggs done the way you want, cakes and cannoli. The dinner options were excellent, savoury portions ridiculously large!! Home made ice cream heavenly. Great value for money. Rural idyll with good food.

Partiamo dalle cose positive, personale professionale e sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza e richiesta, il ristorante è la chicca di questa struttura pietanze semplici ma molto gustose cucinate da mani esperte come quelle di Marco.La struttura è molto grande, distante dal centro abitato e dona una pace impagabile. La prima cosa che dovrebbero migliorare è l'ingresso, se arrivi l'illuminazione è molto scarsa, trovi un minuscolo cartellone davanti al cancello e nessuno nell'incrocio principale, la stradella principale che ti porta al parcheggio è senza luce e dissestata. Le camere sono ordinate ma piccole e poco curate, il prezzo è più alto della media mi aspettavo qualcosa di più bello, all'ingresso trovi divanetto e tavolino vintage ma che danno un'idea di sporco, TV minuscola e lontana dal letto, aria condizionata molto rumorosa, illuminazione scarsa fatta con porta lampada e lampadina, insomma poca cura dei dettagli. Un'altro aspetto a sfavore è la piscina, troppo piccola per essere quella principale di una struttura che devi ospitare diverse persone. Se dovessi dare il voto sulla sola struttura sarebbe sufficiente, e di conseguenza il prezzo della sola camera 145€ non è giustificato, perché è si un appezzamento di terreno molto vasto con maestosi alberi di carrube ma è tutto sistemato in maniera molto spartana.
