Nice hotel with most of the amenities that you may need for a short stay. The hotel is 4 Kms away from the temple and 12 kms from the Airport. Also the property has free shuttle to and from Sai temple. Restaurant is great with good food and great service.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and had good time. Staff friendly. Food at the restaurant is also good and serves with variety of good vegetarian food.Transport service at the hotel provides good service and very reliable driver.

we just stayed one night for darshan. have stayed earlier and found this hotel very good. however, this time around the service was very bad. luggage was delivered to our room after 20 mins. a simple order of a cold coffee took 40 mins to be delivered. a request for a bath towel was complied after 25 mins. cleanliness of the linen and towels should be improved its a good place and i would like to believe that they were short staffed and will buck up

As per 4 star hotel‘s standards are very low. Room was not clean and had spider webs and dirty floors. Also had bugs in shower and toilet floor.

visit to Sai Baba Temple

The hotel was nice but the rooms are grubby and tired looking. The walls tired are dirty and marked. The staff were very lovely and the garden area and temple st the hotel are very nice. If you are visiting Shirdi its a good basic clean hotel to stay in. It’s not too far from the main area and there is a complimentary bus from the hotel which is really good.

Less congested area with open grounds around it.

As soon as we check in the junior suite, we smelled sewer stink/odor from bathroom,even thought bathroom was clean. Had to call office and promptly sent someone. The staff had to bring in extra strong air freshener to get rid of stink. Next morning i noticed that gradually stink was coming back. I reported to management to fix basic issue with air venting of sewer. This stink was also in staircase but of lower intensity. There is additional expectation of getting better environment in junior suite. It leaves bad taste. Also note that I had to ask for hand towels, and this reflects poorly in terms of lack basic supply.

Keys Temple Tree - Shirdi

The hotel is situated in a very quiet and calm surrounding, the room is comfortable although a bit cramped, air conditioning and room service is good. The Dinner buffet lacked variety, although the breakfast buffet compensated that with ample choice as well as live Dosa counter. The room rates are still high compared to other star hotels in the area. Wifi was available in room which was a good option.

Really bad Coustomer service

Everything was perfectly great except the Coustomer service. Upper management came to talk to me about the issue but his reponse was I should lower my tone and calling corporate won't help because he is corporate. I was shocked. Instead of admiting their fault he was like " this is your fault. We can bend anything for you" I was like what a duce bag.

Good hotel with Great food

Amazingly surprised with the facilities, be it location, room, garden for kids and sumptuous breakfast spread. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Shuttle service to and fro the Sai Baba temple was a breeze. Food was delicious. Overall an excellent place to stay with family
