"Staff very polite and helpful. Room spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast good but room for improvement. One does however need to be reasonably fit to get around Jablonec due to terrain - but this is scarcely the hotel's fault...!"

"The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"Very pleasant stay, clean and nicely furnished apartment with basic kitchen utensils and there is a common area for guests. It is also 3 mins walking distance from bus stop, making it easy to get around by public transport. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. This is not a problem if you have a car, but it is worth considering to bring some snack if you are arriving late by bus."

"freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Hotel sowie im Restaurant, das Zimmer und das Hotel mit dem gesamten Anwesen war sehr sauber, das Zimmer schön groß und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, was die Frische, Auswahl und das Anrichten betrifft, alles im allen...das Hotel mit Restaurant ist eine sehr gute Wahl."
