Great location for Plitvice Lakes (reason for going). Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room in old part of hotel, now overshadowed by new annex (almost complete with work still ongoing) fine for two nights. Breakfast is basic. Could be improved by a few easy changes. Plum Bistro and hotel restaurant are both excellent. Plum is more refined dining. Hotel restaurant is contemporary with very wide menu. Nice setting. Pool looked good but didn’t use as busy with lakes, waterfalls and a visit to a nuclear bunker! Ask in hotel…..
