Property was in great location. Hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The issue I had was I woke up multiple times to the sounds of someone walking on the floor above me. It definitely interrupted my sleep. In a hotel I expect hallway noise but not noise from one level up.

The staff is very friendly and very willing to help and available!!! They even recognized me from a previous stay 😊!! The location is good too!! Several secure entrances that make it easier to get to your room and this large hotel!! I go to Raleigh often to visit my son and this is a place I stay often and will plan to stay for future visits!!

The room was clean. The toilet barely flushed and then needed attention. I was told that there were no maintenance available h til the next day. The hotel was full and I could not switch to another room. I had to fix the toilet myself.

Across the street from the mall is convenient, the key cards are a bit sketchy ours ended up not working to unlock the doors late at night, they had to replace it. Other than that the rooms are nice I wouldn’t mind staying here for a couple weeks
