The hotel was very humid and mucky and when we got to our room there was what looked like mold growing all over the painted wall, where the bed was, where we’d be laying our heads. The cloth chair was damp from the humidity and the leather chair was dirty with random splatters. We were also the 3rd party to complain about their room after checking in. The service wasn’t terrible and they gave us a refund immediately but just not a great experience.

This hotel is not what the pictures online portray it to be and honestly I wanted a refund the moment I walked in, but the dreamville event made everything way more expensive in town From mold on the walls, to dirty sheets and floors, stains in the bathroom, and burn marks on the chairs. This entire hotel needs a make over. Breakfast was cold every day and I had to constantly get a new key made every time I came back in Not to mention the parking lot “closes” at 11 so you are unable to be outside your room after 11 because it is an unsafe area from what the manager said Overall I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Good enough for one night.

Service was nice, but not the best. Elevator was down, and stairs was sketch. The front parking lot was fine to park in (not the best), but the back is NOT somewhere you want to park. Very sketchy and lots of people standing around. Room was clean enough for one night, but the lights in our room did not work

You could check in with credit card, but they only wanted cash if you wanted to buy sodas or snacks (that was sketchy)… the phones don’t work on the property (all the room lines are cut off)! Not a good experience here.

The property was not safe. A dirty rag was holding the door open that should have been closed to prevent outside people from walking to the rooms. The hotel smelled very bad and the sheets were dirty. The shower head was hanging from a hole in the wall.

This hotel needs repairs, property should not be listed to receive guest until repairs and upgrades are completed espically to the rooms, hallways, security/exit doors. Room had coach roaches crwawing on the floor as well. Had to keep my luggage on top of the deak. Only the lobby area is clean. I would love a refund for my first night

Quite disappointing

The hotel appeared to be falling apart. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were smaller than my laptop. We had to slam the bathroom door to keep it shut and the elevator shook fiercely. Overall, quite disappointed with the stay. Breakfast was included, but I wouldn’t dare eat anything there. Thankfully, we only needed a place to sleep for a show. We left early the following morning. I guess that is what I get for that price point.

The worst place I have ever gone to. I did not get checked in till pass 4pm , the front desk said they were over booked and to stay in the lobby so I can get a room. SUPER SUPER DRITY and the smell !! I drove 5 hours and for an even I was super late for and did not even have the time to look for another hotel. I did not get any type of compensation what so ever!

My car got broken into because of the terrible location, the hotel allows crack addicts to roam around the hotel. Also they have no safety precautions for their customers. They told me that the cameras were for show and they’re actually broken so I couldn’t even see who broke into my car. My firearm was stolen and all of my barber material’s were stolen it added up to 600 dollars worth of stolen property.

Our hotel room looked like it was given the landlord special. Our key cards WOULDNT EVER WORK. We were on the third floor so we had to keep going up and down to get our cards fixed. It was warm throughout the lobby and on our floor. Our room was a little bit cooler but had to blast the a/c then leave until it was cool. The elevator was and IS a safety hazard. Then it finally broke down right before we used it. Some kid pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Even then our key cards didn’t work after that so we again had to come back and get them fixed. Never again. BUT the mini fridge was nice.

This property is falsely advertised online. The pictures look nice but aren’t at all what the location looks like. The elevator is on its last leg. Upon entering our room, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower, “complimentary” shampoo and conditioner were empty, and gross around opening of the containers. Duvet/comforter was covered in stains, black, brown, blue, and holes. They threw a sheet over top to cover this fact. Hair dryer was broken, and no Kleenex tissues or trash can in the room. Breakfast was ok, bagels, activia yogurt, make your own waffle, and cereal. Orange, apple, grape juice and coffee and milk. The room we were in had a microwave and fridge, the fridge was super loud and also had a used towel sitting on top of it, I assume for a leak or condensation. The coffee pot also had an old used coffee filter in it, so cleanliness clearly isn’t a huge a priority given the way everything has added up. Housekeeping was always seen wandering the halls, blasting music, but only seemed to collect trash from the rooms and restock towels and tp. I don’t recommend staying here alone. All doors leading outside were not locked, so anyone could enter without a key card. If not that, then they were propped open with towels at all hours. This feels very unsafe. The front desk staff are the only positive about this location. They were friendly and helpful, and prompt when we needed assistance, like our key card malfunctioning.

When I got there (which wasn't late-6:30 maybe) I had to wait to be checked in, no one was at the desk, no sign saying someone would be back soon. After I was checked in, I got on the elevator to find my room and the elevator sounded like is was going to break going up one floor. Finally to me room, I turned the light on and smelled bleach-however while the bathroom was clean it looked old and worn out. Shower curtain rod was completely out of the wall, and floor has broken chips in it. The rest of the room was even worse. There were clumps of hair on the floor, the AC was broken and wouldn't change the temp, the chair had stains and marks on it, and the walls were disgusting. I checked the sheets and they looked fine to my relief but the top cover had hair on it. I wish I would have read reviews prior to booking because I read them right then and saw there were similar complaints including cockroaches and no breakfast. Thank goodness I only had to stay one night, however I frequent this area for business and I will never be staying at the Clarion Pointe again.

Worst Hotel Stay in 50 Years

I reserved two rooms and had confirmation # but they only had 1 room. They did find me a 2nd room. The lobby was dirty and the staff were sloppy. The room held an odor, had stains on the walls and floors, roaches on the desk and in the bathroom and in the refrigerator. Due to a large convention in town we couldn't find al alternative place to stay. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping NEVER came! We literally had to go into the housekeeping closet ourselves to find towels, trash bags and coffee. We had to do this multiple times. The TV did not work in 1 of our rooms. We reported this at the front desk on our 1st of 4 nights. It was never fixed or replaced. The complimentary "upscale" breakfast that Clarion Pointe advertises was never provided. The juice machine was broke. The waffle iron and toaster were sporadic. Two mornings there was no coffee. Food consisted of uncut bagels (with no bagel slicer), cold cereal that was stale and sometimes yogurt. Breakfast was not started at the advertised times. We were on the 1st floor, but the elevators were broken almost the entire time and we heard many guests having issues. The stairs were hard to find and guests weren't given instructions. I saw multiple families walking all over the property trying to find stairs. Area was not nice - homeless panhandling in the parking lot and a ton of trash. No security. I traveled all over for work for 15 years and have well over 1000 hotel nights under my belt. This is my time ever complaining.
