"Just to be clear the area where the hotel is located it’s not ideal, since it is in an hiding alley. The area is also not attractive since the path is mostly mud especially when it rains. Also consideration if you are claustrophobic be aware there are no windows in the rooms "

"Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think this was a guesthouse experience. Reception couldn't have been more accessible. Always ready to help. Thank you to Mirza-ji, Ali-Ji and Head of Housekeeping, Uncle-ji and his team. We will be recommending to friends and family who appreciate getting a real flavour of the heart of a city. "
