Nice big twin room. Breakfast had loads of fruit and healthy options. Easy parking underneath. Staff friendly. Approx 15 mins walk into town.

Great stay for our Chilean adventure!

Our 3-night stay was great here. The view of the Andes Mts. Is a beautiful sight at sunrise. They had a super variety of food at breakfast and on their dinner menu. The elevators both worked quickly and the parking garage was shaded. Our room had a refrigerator and a safe. They offered cleaning each day but we just wanted towels or garbage picked up. The hotel is in a great location off the freeway. Negative was the pool was cold!👀😉

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean.
