"These are individual cabins in a stunning setting with waterfalls in the background. The interiors and exterior are beautifully designed in a modern esthetic. Unfortunately for us, the common lodge (lobby, sauna, restaurant) is still under construction and it wasn’t entirely clear when we booked it that there would be no other amenities besides our cabin. The access road as a result was an uneven construction road, which was not ideal.
For the price of this luxury accommodation, we had some other small expectations - there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion; all communication was through a ChatBot and then follow up chatting with individuals. It was nice to have the privacy, but also somewhat lacking in welcome."
