Neat and clean and very economical

Lovely clean and neat hotel. Service from front reception was great…. Missed a day of housekeeping for some unknown reason… but aside from that great. Great Location… very economical and good value for the price.

This is an older hotel which could use some upgrades. The shower and bathroom was so small that you couldn’t barely turn around without hitting your elbows. But the staff was nice and the location was fantastic. It’s right on the promenade and near everything. The water shuttle is right in front of the hotel too, which goes to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc

Friendly staff

It was good location to go day trips around. Staff was really helpful, nice and warm. Interior is old style, but nothing dirty. So it was okay for us. Window is fully open, and we could hang swimming suit and towers after the beach (got a tip from cleaning staff). Really useful! Generally good stay.

Our limited stay in Rapallo

We originally planned to arrive for our one night stay at the Hotel Mirò in the morning so we could see something of the town but ended up arriving at the train station in pitch darkness at 10pm after a busy day in the Cinque Terre. Thankfully we had GPS to guide us through the narrow alleys of the old town to the Hotel Mirò - it took about 5-10 mins. The check-in went smoothly and the chappie helped us take the luggage to our room on the first floor. We were given multiple keys, rather than a key card, which was a bit of a novelty. One was required to open the door and another to switch on the lights. The room was smaller than we are used to but reasonably comfortable. In the morning we threw open the shutters but the view was pretty disappointing. We had planned to take the boat trip to Portofino but the weather forecast was not that good so we made an early start and headed for our next port of call, Genoa, which was only 25 minutes away by a Regional Express train (one way cost p.p. €3.60). A day or so later the weather had improved so we returned to Rapallo and took the boat to Portofino etc. We were quite disappointed with what we saw of Rapallo though. We also passed by the Hotel Mirò but were a bit put out that the 4-star hotel we had in Genoa with a considerably larger room (and breakfast) cost less per night than the 3-star rated Hotel Mirò (with no breakfast).

Отель очень понравился, расположение прекрасное, близко от желд. Станции , от авт. остановки, от моря, в самом центре города на набережной.Очень дорожелательные и душевные хозяева, все расскажут, посоветуют. Ксения, хозяйка отеля, невероятно приятная, доброжелательная девушка- отдельное ей спасибо и огромный привет!!! Номер нам достался большой, даже больше, чем ожидали)) Кондиционер и вайфай работают отлично. Уборка номера ежедневно, при этом очень качественная, белье и полотенца белые и новые. Завтрак вкусный: капучино от хозяина восхитительно, как и свежие круасаны. На пляж можно бесплатно взять на рецепшене полотенца. Вообщем самые приятные воспоминания и хочется опять туда вернуться!

Perfect location and good room

Very good location, perfect if you want to see Portofino and Cinque Terre, nice people and comfy room. I couldn’t ask for more, especially for the price which is good too. It can be a bit noisy on weekends in the evenings, but not the end of the world. I would recommend.

The outside of this building is far out, and in style with all the other ones in Liguria. The location is also very nice, right on the water and somewhat romantic. The interiors are slightly run down, but the room and bathroom were very clean, and the insulated window did its job, given that we were on second floor and we couldn't hear a thing.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Beautiful view of the bay. Rooms are tiny, but efficient and very clean. The only slight complaint is the shower...small, shower head could not support the water pressure, did not drain well. But, the water was hot and pressure great! For the price, would highly recommend. Would stay again!

Fabulous service at a family run Hotel in a perfect location. Easy to/from train station, plenty of restaurant/bar choices, ferry on doorstep. Room was cosy but more than adequate. Highly recommended.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, en plein centre, bord de mer, calme, confortable, le parking à 1mn à pied. Le plus, le personnel, vraiment très gentil et serviable, de bons conseils. Nous y avons passé 5 jours idylliques. Nous reviendrons :o)

Little Italian gem

The hotel was perfectly placed for all amenities e.g. Buses boats and trains also cable cars. The hotel was quiet considering it was surrounded by bars and restaurants. We sleep well. The beds were very comfortable. We also had our breakfast which we thought for 5 euros was very reasonable for a continental breakfast. The owners were very attentive to our every need. If we needed any information they were always on hand to advise. I would certainly this hotel to family and friends.
