The front desk guy wasn't very helpful with requests ... we asked for a luggage rack and he said the hotel didnt have those. However, my friends room had one. Pine Haven Lodging
The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking.
