The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The standout was Rowena always with a smile to start your day, she has an incredible memory for names and for the guests preferences. Property was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious. Overall the staff were rude and unfriendly - from the those “welcoming” guests to the restaurant staff. All tried their best to ignore you so they didn’t have to help you. We went for breakfast at 9:20. Breakfast finished at 10 but there was barely any food left. Empty fruit bowls and only a few bits of bread for toast. Overall the experience wasn’t worth the amount we paid to stay there. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

A great spot to stay with the lagoon right out front. Rooms were cleaned daily and we felt very well looked after. Staff were lovely and the complementary hot breakfasts and afternoon cocktail hour were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you want a break from the kids, so nice and quiet.
