"Accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean, well kept & genuinely my stay was just as my home, away from home. During this "2026 Snowstorm" my flight was cancelled. The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels. If I could rate 10 stars I certainly would. their very best to ease me under a vercurcsituation "

"Room was plesant and clean. Just dont have coffee in side the room. The bathroom shower and the door lock was too hard to operate. Overall, breakfast was good snd we had a great time staying at hamton. "
