"Great place to stay for a large family "

"The owner clearly takes great pride in the house and providing his guests with a wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds surrounding the house cannot be overstated. The house has everything you need to make it your home- comfortable living room and outdoor seating, a well stocked kitchen, and a sun porch that will forever be one of my favorite places to enjoy a stunning view, friends, family, and a good meal. I consider myself lucky to stay there."

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."

"The house is lovely and the grounds are superb. We enjoyed the fire pit, the patio area down by the pool, and the welcoming feel of the whole place. We did most of our cooking in the downstairs kitchen, which could use a few more well-placed electrical outlets. The bathrooms are spacious and towels are provided. Ivo and Novella (siblings) are lovely people and super friendly and helpful. The pool was well kept and swimming was lovely. Be aware of the occasional scorpion! They're small enough not to hurt you, but don't be shocked when you see one! We escorted three outside, but they didn't seem to mind.The nights are peaceful and you can hear the owls and the crickets. There's no AC, and we slept with the windows closed because of mosquitos, but it was fine.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- we were a party of nine and the house suited us perfectly. Highly recommended for a group of friends or for a family (or two). Such a treat. Grazie mille Ivo and Novella! Ciao!"

"This property is breathtaking! Niccolo was an excellent host. He has a thought of everything, I mean everything, to make your vacation excellent. The Villa was so clean and spacious. We had 13 people there. There were places to gather or to have some private time. It is the perfect place to be whether you want to relax by the pool or take a drive to a village and explore. We decided to have the dinner one night. It was delicious and beautiful served. Niccolo, his mother and his wife went out of their way to make our trip, a trip of a lifetime. "
