Great stay

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms. Free parking and 20 min walk to city center. Trainstation only 10 min walk. Very friendly staff.

We went to stay at rastatt best western. Upon arrival we were given our key, we went in and the room we were assigned was dirty, so we returned to the front desk and got keys to a different room. After that, not one but two other guests walked into our room after being assigned to the same room. Later that evening our door wouldn't lock. We checked out two days early due to these problems. After speaking with the front desk, we were told to contact expedia for a refund, of which we attempted to contact the property where they never responded. Definitely will not be booking with best western again, and seriously considering not booking with expedia again. Disappointing.

Im gesamten Hotel hängen Kabel von den Wänden! Löcher in den Wänden sind notdürftig mit Tapete und Klebeband verschlossen! Bei den Zimmern ist es ebenso der Fall!

Vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse her. Familie på 4 med 2 dobbeltrom. Renholdet var veldig bra. Aircondition funket perfekt. Servicen var også upåklagelig. Rommene hadde grei størrelse. Frokosten var ikke som på et dyrt hotell, men den hadde det vi trengte: ferskt brød/rundstykker, pålegg , frisk drikke og kaffe. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet.

Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Leider fehlten einige Ausstattungsmerkmale wie ein Wasserkocher und Gläser. Auch wären statt der Hocker bequeme Stühle praktischer gewesen. Die Zimmer bieten zwar viel Platz, aber zusätzliche Einbauschränke oder größere Ablageflächen bzw. Tische wären wünschenswert. Wenn Sie möchten, kann ich den Ton auch formeller oder besonders höflich gestalten – je nachdem, für welchen Zweck die Rückmeldung gedacht ist.

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Hat leider keinen Schrank oder ähnliches um Kleidung abzulegen. Nach dem einchecken stand spät am Abend jemand von der Rezeption an der Türe weil sie zu unserem Zimmer plötzlich keinen Gast hatte!?
