"Property was under renovation which was Not disclosed when booking, it was dirty, disorganized, smelly, and looked abandon from the outside. The room was dated, the shower floor was discolored and looked so dirty. The shower leaked water everywhere. "

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The hotel is not the newest but has been modernized and is quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again. "

"Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Bed is not comfortable, it is like an older inner-spring style but not a quality one. Towels were too small Hair on pillow and on bathroom wall. "

"When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. She asked if we could come back in half an hour. I had kids in the car that needed to use a bathroom (no lobby bathroom). So we had to walk to the gas station next door. The parking lot was rough and torn up. Just seemed overall like not a good place to stay. So, even though it was non refundable, we found another hotel. Would appreciate a refund..."
