Excellent choice for Ravello

Family of 4, stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic location beside main square in Ravello, excellent service from staff, good value for money, accommodation in excellent condition. Great views of square and mountains from terrace. Would definitely stay again if returning to Ravello in future.

Great location but I messaged the hotel 2 weeks before I arrived and asked to increase my reservation to 4 people. I had reserved a Jr Suite. I asked them how much extra it would cost and they told me that there would not be an extra fee since I had the Jr suite which sleeps four, but it would just be the city tax which was only three dollars per person per day. When I arrived at the property, they tried to charge me an extra €120 for the two extra people. I showed them the messages where they had told me there would not be any extra charge and the lady at the desk said that I was not speaking to her. But whoever was answering their messages confirmed there wasn’t an extra charge. Plus the extra beds were like a hospital recliner bed
