Tucked away on a private road at the end of a peaceful peninsula, this waterfront retreat offers beautiful sunset views over Sebago Lake. The home features three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a bunkroom with two bunk beds. Three additional sofa beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

One of the property’s best features is its location near Frye Island—while still being on the mainland. There are no ferry schedules to plan around, so you can easily head into town or explore the surrounding area whenever you like. Of course, with the peaceful setting and lake just outside your door, you may prefer to stay right here.

EV Charging: On-site Emporia Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 connector. Compatible with most non-Tesla EVs, including GMC, Ford, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen and others. Tesla/NACS vehicles can charge with the appropriate J1772 adapter. Convenient overnight charging available right at the property. *note: Charging is auto-disabled week days 5-9pm only (peak hours)

Outside, enjoy your own sandy beach, two kayaks, a paddleboard, a large firepit, and a spacious dock that is perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Guests may also bring a boat for an NO additional fee; please inquire in advance for details.

The home also includes includes two TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning, as well as a Sonos outdoor speaker system to use. Guests also have access to a private association beach located just a five-minute walk away.
