We booked this after travelling for 6+ hours. The confirmation was sent to us and no one was there to check us in at 2am. You shouldn’t allow people to book your hotel rooms if you’re unable to check anyone in especially at that time. I did not recommend and would not consider this property.

Attenzione a prenotare tramite app hotels.com perché nel mio caso trovi scritto camera per tre persone e poi quando arrivi in struttura ti chiedono i soldi per aggiungere il terzo letto.

Struttura un po' antica con alcuni servizi che non funzionano bene, come ascensore e frigo. Colazione buona, piscina discreta. Personale cordiale e a disposizione. Vicinissimo al mare e posizione ottima. Mare stupendo.Lodi dove mangiare. L'hotel dovrebbe essere un 3 stelle invece di 4.

Bello, ma da migliorare

La struttura è stata riaperta da poco, dopo una ristrutturazione che non è ancora stata completata. Lo staff si adopera per sistemare il necessario per rendere il soggiorno piacevole ed è estremamente gentile, ma ci sono ancora tante cose da migliorare, prima tra tutte la professionalità del personale a colazione. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e la struttura ha ottime potenzialità, oltre che essere ubicato in una località molto interessante dal punto di vista naturalistico.

Camere confortevoli, struttura bella peccato per la gestione. Escludendo, wifi non funzionante, mini bar non funzionante, tappetino doccia mancante (richiesto mai avuto), servizio colazione approssimativo, disorganizzato e confusionario, servizio pulizie e rifacimento camere secondo quanto riferito dalla receptionist effettuato solo ed esclusivamente dietro specifica richiesta degli ospiti, ecco, escludendo tutto ciò si può dire che la nostra esperienza è andata bene.

Assolutamente deludente,la location è fantastica ed immagino che forti di questo non si curi altro.Le quattro stelle sono coperte da nuvoloni e pertanto non brillano.Avevamo una tripla superiore.. ..carina l'idea del soppalco per il terzo letto ma la scaletta è troppo ripida e con una pedata piccolissima,giunti in cima si sbatte la testa!!!e che dire della testata del lettino attaccata al climatizzatore!2 bei terrazzini arricchiscono la stanza ma gli unici arredi sono 2 sedie roppo vintage ed un infelice bassissimo tavolinetto (ma la stanza non è tripla?).Bagno grande ma sciacquone mal funzionante,box doccia infelicemente piccolo con telefono che perde acqua da tutte le parti,illuminazione pessima,manca lo specchietto per trucco e le uniche dotazioni sono saponette e prodotto per doccia neanche l'ombra di cuffie o altri vezzi!!!wi-fi inesistente tanto in stanza che negli ambienti comuni e al nostro reclamo rispondono che siamo i primi a dirlo e si attiveranno immediatamente...falsità:tutte le precedenti recensioni ne parlano!!finta anche la gentilezza e l'ospitalità:hotel semivuoto,chiediamo di posticipare per ora di pranzo il check out e ci dicono che per le pulizie bisogna lasciare la camera tassativamente alle 10,00.Unica positività la colazione con buona scelta di dolci,crostate,torte da forno e cheesecake.cake,succhi di frutta,frutta,salato ecc.

Mai dormita fu così scomoda

Personale abbastanza gentile , per il resto struttura datata e foto ingannevoli al massimo un 2 stelle, al nostro arrivo lenzuola strappate sostituite dopo segnalazione, ma nel 2019 dormire in un materasso scomodo di 20 anni con molle rumorose e da ostello.

Diversi disagi causati dal malfunzionamento del aria condizionata ad agosto non è il massimo. Inoltre, si è staccata completamente l energia per alcune ore, quindi niente caffè, cornetti, latte caldo etc... E soprattutto caldo insopportabile causa condizionatori spenti. Hanno. Provveduto a sistemarli entro qualche ora ma già due notti precedenti avevo lamentato un caldo insopportabile e mal funzionamento dei condizionatori ma non siamo stati considerati per niente... Hotel a circa 100 m dal mare, camera con finestra su cortile interno, aria condizionata mal funzionante e dopo nostre rimostranze è stato stato fornito un ventilatore (!) . Alle 4,30 della notte è andata via la corrente elettrica e la camera è diventata un forno. Alle 8, fatta una colazione fredda, senza caffè, cappuccino o tè, fatto il check out abbiamo lasciato l’hotel. Week end di riposo trasformato in stress. Il Personale, non professionale, non ha chiesto nemmeno scusa per i disagi patiti ! Da non ritornarci assolutamente.
