Our stay at Enotel was a bit disappointing. We had high expectations for this 5-star resort, especially since we’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. It’s a large property, but it’s clearly outdated. Almost nobody speaks English. The TV needed repairs every day. The cleaning staff were hesitant to leave four towels for four people, so we had to keep reminding them and tipping them. The pools and beach area are great, and the restaurants offer a good variety of food options. I just wish they served more Brazilian BBQ instead of sausages and bacon. We’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.

The initial room had no light, was older, the thermostat fell off the wall and it was clear because I am an American “gringo”. I was given a bad room. When my Brazilian friend spoke for me suddenly we got a much better room that was more modern with and with a well lit room and a desk, which was important for me because of my job I had to work and better location to reception

The only complaint I have is about the room cleanness and the lack of variety on the temátic restaurants. My daughter loved it and had lots of fun on the lazy river and on the kids pools.

Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family vacation. Kids of any age will have a wonderful time. The property is big, and you can find something for everyone. The food and drinks are of remarkably high quality. The only small complaint is the internet quality is poor if you're travelling internationally. I would expect better internet in the rooms. But they do have a business center if fast internet. I would recommend go back if I'm ever back in Porto de Galinhas.

The food is very repetitive, always the same. There are no fruits from Brazil and it is of average quality or below...The theme restaurants leave a lot to be desired, the food is bad, the service is slow. We had to go out to dinner in town.

Loved the stay at enotel. Kids club is great for families and provide great entertainment for the children. Pools are numerous, differentiated and with options for kids and adults. Food buffet is Ok, would benefit from a bit more variety of fruits. Rooms are nice and spacious but a refurb would be welcomed, TVs are small and from the 2000s, time to replace them. Direct access to the beach is great. Adult entertainment is very good too. A lá carte restaurant options are good but should have a bit more variety, usually only 2-3 options each.

Dirty, food is terrible. Hotel workers very lazy. I never saw coconut, popsicle they let the place open for 2 hours. If you are in the place of all you can eat it shouldn’t have a time specific to get a popsicle. specific to get it a popsicle. The amount of money I spend I would stayed in a better hotel and clean and eat on a different restaurant. Food don’t have a taste. The temaki night is horrible the lady smashing the sushi rice and wetting her hand in a bowl of water. Like WTH does that.

If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

Check-in foi demorado, achei 50 minutos um absurdo! alegaram que chegaram muitas pessoas ao mesmo tempo!!!, e que muitos não fizeram check-in antecipado, porem, eu que diz tenho que enfrentar a mesma fila? Deveria ter uma fila para essa situação, senão, de nada adianta fazer o check-in antecipado no aplicativo do Hotel. No geral, o Resort é enorme e todos os funcionários foram super prestativos, instalações muito boas, alguns elevadores precisam de manutenção e o AR condicionado do quarto é muito barulhento! complicado de controlar a temperatura.

Hotel tem tudo para ser o melhor, e entendo que nem tudo é perfeito, mas passei uma hora na fila para fazer Chekin, e a fila só começou a andar pq um pessoal mandou chamar gerente. Não tem uma organização e só 2 duas pessoas no atendimento. Depois minha reserva ia demorar, tive que buscar o cartão uma hora depois e enfrentar outra fila gigante para liberar a chave. Me jogaram n torre 6, pense a dificuldade para achar sem sinalizações, no momento do chekin não foi explicado nadaaaaaa. A pessoa baixa o aplicativo e se vire. Noite tudo escuro nos caminhos, vc só escuta que as pessoas estão perdidas. Quando encontrar alguém d hotel para pedir informações eles mesmo não sabem. Resumindo estrutura boa, mas o atendimento precisa dar uma melhorada.

Resort muito bonito mas deixa a desejar em alguns pontos : Por ser um resort all inclusive não disponibiliza bebidas na beira da piscina , o que limita muito porque pra beber uma água tinha que sair da piscina e procurar um restaurante que estava aberto naquele momento… Como não bebo bebida alcoólica pedi um drink sem álcool e as 3 opções que escolhi não tinha disponível!!! Os banheiros do resort sempre estava sujo…

As camas são extremamente desconfortáveis: muito duras, o hotel não dispõe de pillow top, e os colchões são forrados com couro ecológico. O piso do hotel é escorregadio, tanto nos quartos, como nos restaurantes; a comida não é saborosa e tem basicamente frituras. Na minha opinião, o hotel deveria ter duas opções de estadia: uma all inclusive e outra meia pensão com restaurantes a la carte. Deveria ser oferecido aos hóspedes o pillow top para deixar as camas mais confortáveis.

Hotel sujo, banheiros da área de lazer sempre fedidos e sujos. Hotel sem fiscalização nas piscinas, as pessoas comem dentro da água. Nunca dormi em camas tão duras e ruins. Limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Comida péssima, das piores que já comi. Zero variação de cardápio. A estrutura do hotel é bem legal, as crianças se divertiram muito, mas os serviços e o que o hotel oferece no all inclusive para o preço cobrado nao vale de jeito nenhum. Tem resorts melhores em porto de galinhas!

A hospitalidade e cordialidade dos funcionários, de um modo geral, é bem acolhedora. A estrutura para crianças é muito boa, a comida é normal, nada excepcional e, infelizmente, a limpeza é bem ruim. A ala em que ficamos hospedados, por cinco dias, juntava tufos de pó e cabelos.

Pelo valor pago, esperava muito mais qualidade e limpeza. Pouquíssimos funcionarios para atender a quantidade de hospedes, precisa no geral de manutenção e limpeza dos ambientes, estavam sempre sujos. Louças e copos de plasticos extremamente danificados. Sempre com longas filas para pegar comidas e bebidas e isso faz Com que nao conseguimos aproveitar o que o resort oferece. Necessita de muita melhoria. Nao voltaria!

Boa experiência

Foi uma boa estadia, checkin rápido, atendimento cordial, limpeza dos quartos ok, comida boa bem variada, bebida sempre gelada e à vontade. As piscinas são uma delícia. Uma dica é baixar o app do hotel e sempre ficar de olho no cardápio dos restaurantes pra variar e não ficar sempre no mesmo.
