A estadia foi dentro do esperado. A equipe de recreação é excelente e as crianças amam. Programação para o dia todo. Piscinas suficientes para o período que estivemos. Fácil acesso ao centro de porto de galinhas e para passeios tranquilamente.

Estadia quase perfeita

Meu apartamento estava com cheiro de morfo mas eles prontamente resolveram o problema. A cerveja que servem na recepção, fica dentro do balcão onde é servido drinks e água, minha sugestão seria, ter como nas outras áreas, alto serviço para facilitar pois tem que aguardar fazer os drinks para poder liberar. O hotel é enorme, os restaurantes são perfeitos, muito agradável! Mandei com 3 meses que antecedem a viagem um e-mails solicitando que os apartamentos fosse mais próximos, mas não tive retorno e ficamos muito distantes. Mesmo assim voltaria com certeza.

Solicitei um berço para minha estadia, cheguei lá e não tinha berço. Fui na recepção e solicitei o berço que depois de muito tempo, chegou um berço velho, desatualizado que não serviu pra minha filha de 5 meses que não levanta só. A porta do banheiro era barulhenta e não fechava, um absurdo.

Muito ruim, não entregam o que prometem! Comida de baixa qualidade, poucos funcionários, espera de um drink e outro no mínimo meia hora, não existe! Resort muito grande e pra conseguir uma coisa ou outra vc terá que andar demais, não recomendo! Chopp quente e só começam servir bebidas a partir das 10h, e a piscina fecha antes das 18h! Não mais…

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. Os quartos, amplos, com camas boa, banheiro bom. Tem muitas piscinas. No entanto, a alimentação deixa muito a desejar. Pra consumir qualquer coisa tem que passar por fila. Os alimentos são feitos de qualquer jeito, sem cuidado. Infelizmente não volto e não recomendo.

Hotel cumpre o que se propõe. Quartos confortáveis e muita programação e entretenimento para crianças. Comida do buffet infantil otima. A recepção do hotel um pouco pequena para o seu tamanho e os atendentes, talvez apressados para fazer rápido o serviço, não se preocupam em apresentar devidamente o hotel e passar as instruções.

Dirty, food is terrible. Hotel workers very lazy. I never saw coconut, popsicle they let the place open for 2 hours. If you are in the place of all you can eat it shouldn’t have a time specific to get a popsicle. specific to get it a popsicle. The amount of money I spend I would stayed in a better hotel and clean and eat on a different restaurant. Food don’t have a taste. The temaki night is horrible the lady smashing the sushi rice and wetting her hand in a bowl of water. Like WTH does that.

limpieza: siempre quedaba arena en los pisos en la habitacion solo hay dos tomacorriente, en el bano no hay perchas donde colgar las toallas, en la habitacion no hay vasos. Staff & service: tuve inconvenientes con la llave electronica, espere al tecnico mas de media hora sin respuesta, espere a la supervisora de la noche mas de 20 minutos. La gerenta del hotel prometio una respuesta, nunca la daba y solo luego de mi 2º reclamo se digno a contestar.

Esse hotel jamais poderia ser considerado um 5 estrelas. All inclusive ricidulo . Comida pessima, camarão sujo fila pra bebida , pizzaria com fila pra entrar se vc tem filho autista não vá pois nao dão prioridade nos restaurantes. Inaceitável um hotel não dispor de um ferro de passar, até pousada simples tem. A praia é linda a estrutura é boa mais não entregam 20% do proposto. Pessimo

Fiquei muito decepcionada com o hotel. Fui há 10 anos e gostei muito, por isso resolvi voltar agora com minha família. Porém, o hotel aumentou e está lotado, inchado, mas a estrutura não comporta o aumento de hóspedes: filas enormes desde o momento do check in e pra todas as alimentações (exceto no restaurante de hambúrguer - único que fomos muito bem atendidos e sem precisar aguardar). A comida foi decepcionante: apesar de ser all inclusive o hotel lotado é um desincentivo à alimentação a qualquer hora - desde o café da manhã até o jantar e passando por todos os bares e lanches. Outro problema básico que tivemos: a TV que não funcionava. Levou mais de 48h pra conseguirmos ser atendidos pra resolver um problema cotidiano. Em resumo: não volto e definitivamente não indico.

Recreador de 10 a 12 que nao cumpriu a recreacao

A recreacao de 10 a 12 anos de idade precisa ser revista, na terca- feira de carnaval, o recreador, no horario da recreacao, que era daa 30 as 22:30, levou as criancas para jantar na pizzaria, apesar de todas dizerem que tinham jantado e queriam brincar…. Passaram 1 hora na fila de eapera do restaurante e depois so tiveram 30 min pra brincar. Ja a recreacao de 7 a 8 anos esta de parabens! Recreadores muito simpaticos, fazendo com que as criancas quisessem ficar brincando ate tarde.

Hotel incrível com atividades o dia todo. A parte de entretenimento excelente. Opções de alimentação boas. Manutenção dos quartos a desejar, meu chuveiro estava bem surrado. O mimo de Natal achei que denegriu o padrão do hotel. Com mais r$100 cobrados na diária, dava um panetone diferenciado. Também acho que com mais r$200 já cobrados no custo da diária, poderia ofertar 1 dia de acesso no spa.

Decepcionante

Primeiro ponto, perguntei sobre a garrafa de vinho que nós tínhamos direito por nossa estadia o hotel não se preocupou em nos fornecer, tive que perguntar 3 vezes pra no meu checkout informarem que o hotéis.com não informaram nada e que não tinham essa cortesia. Segundo ponto instalações mais antigas, pouco confortável, cama ruim, ar-condicionado mal funcionava, chuveiro e pia saindo água enferrujada, precisava ficar alguns minutos água correndo pra melhorar a qualidade da água. Hotel muito grande, tudo muito longe, acesso a bebidas muito difícil, café da manhã , almoço e jantar muito cheios, mal encontrávamos lugar pra sentar, se escolhêssemos restaurantes a lá carte enfrentávamos muitas filas pra jantar. Os pontos de água eram água filtrada, não tinha água mineral. Temos experiência em resorts ALL inclusive e esse com toda certeza foi o pior que nos hospedamos. Com certeza não voltaremos e não recomendamos.

Enotel é simplesmente fantástico. Equipe atenciosa e treinada, wifi potente, entretenimentos 1000, alimentação elaborada e farta. Piscinas e praia ótimas, drinks e petiscos deliciosos. Pontos negativos, check in foi tumultuado por uma atendente que não se dispôs a trocar o quarto. Era muito barulhento. Para dificultar disse que trocas só a partir das 17h, algo simples de resolver pois as opções são muitas ali dentro da categoria adquirida. A gerente foi quem resolveu. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas ,mas bem usadas. Quarto antigo apesar de reformado. Percebe se que o preço elevado das diárias se restringem à alimentação. Há conforto mas não atualizaram mobiliário. O restante do hotel é impecável. Muito lindo e grandioso.

O lugar é lindo, comida boa, piscinas são limpas, jardim bem cuidado, porém, me acomodaram lá no último bloco, longe da praia e das piscinas. Tinha que andar muito para chegar até a orla. As espreguiçadeiras são poucas, então, tem que acordar 7h e subir lá em cima antes de tomar café da manhã para marcar uma espreguiçadeira pq senão fica sem lugar na piscina e frente para a praia. Não tem ninguém para auxiliar com as malas e com informações no desembarque quando chega. Pelo preço que cobram poderiam ter um hoster auxiliar no embarque e desembarque e para conduzir os hóspedes na chegada até a recepção e na saída até o carro. No check out não me avisaram que teria que liberar a entrada do Uber. Tive que sair com as malas pra fora da portaria para embarcar. Não tem funcionário para auxiliar com informações sobre check out e bagagens tanto na entrada como na saída. A pizzaria parece que a gente tá pedindo esmola. O período é curto. Abre somente das 19 as 21. Como é muita gente, não dá conta. Se chegar às 19 consegue lugar. Se chegar às 20 já está lotado e tem que ficar aguardando do lado de fora até desocupar mesa. Como é rodízio, demora muito para desocupar. Poderiam abrir horário maior visto que a demanda é grande. Do mais, correu tudo bem. Os bares tem bebidas ótimas, tem banheiro em todos os lugares. Essa parte eu amei. O restaurante é bem servido e fica aberto até às 16h para almoço. Não tem frescura de roupa para entrar.
