Great place to stay if you want to be close to shopping. The touristic center is about a 10 min Uber ride away, so not bad at all. The staff are friendly, and they have good food options.

Luzeiros Hotel is a nice place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The location is great for those who would like to visit Rio Mar Shopping. This Mall has lots of great food options, and a variety of stores.

O hotel é excelente, com quartos confortáveis e bem cuidados. A localização é perfeita, próxima ao shopping, o que facilita bastante. O café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade, realmente um ponto alto da hospedagem. Por outro lado, o check-in foi demorado, o que deixou uma primeira impressão negativa. Além disso, tive uma experiência muito desagradável no check-out, marcada pela falta de cordialidade e profissionalismo de uma funcionária, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel.

Há como melhorarem.

Tirando as pessoas da recepção, que são sérios e não sorriem, os outros são muito bem receptivos e sorridentes. Sobre a todo momento estarem retirando seus talheres e louças enquanto vc vai servir-se novamente, acredito que isso faça o estabelecimento gastar muito mais água para lavar esse material, uma vez que nós clientes podemos usar a mesma louça e talheres ao nos servirmos novamente
