Quando chovia ai a chuva caia dentro do banheiro, em cima do vaso e na porta da entrada do quarto, Wi-Fi nunca funcionou nem no quarto nem fora, cafe da manha somente o basico e a senhora da cozinha bem mal humorada ao atender.

Umas das piores pousadas de Porto, se não for a pior. Café de manhã fraco, não tinha quase nada. Piscina podre sem tratamento; estacionamento na rua. Quartos com instalações velhas, sem manutenções, tomadas e interruptores com fiação exposta um perigo para as crianças. HORRÍVEL

Razoavel, fomos para um evento então basicamente so dormimos. Por isso supriu as nessecidades. O quatro de tamanho bom, banheiro também. Mais, tinha um furo na janela tava quebrada a parede ao redor, e lençol nao esta 100% limpo.

Pessoal da recepção deixou outro hóspede entrar no nosso quarto e ainda pegou um carregador e um tenis nosso, ficamos dois dias esperando eles pegarem os nossos pertences de volta e a pessoa que fica na recepção faz tudo na pousada, deixando a recepção vazia a maioria do tempo, e na pousada nao tem um porta fica aberta o dia todo.

Hotel mais sujo que já fomos, péssimo atendimento, café da manhã com pouca variedade, quarto sujo e com móveis velhos, frigobar velho, piscina suja, vaso sanitário sem condições de uso, porta do banheiro quebrado, sendo ambos informados aos funcionários, porém não feitos os reparos devidos! Experiência terrível!
